Bring your family to the Observatory on the STS campus for an evening of gazing at the stars, the new moon, Mars, Jupiter and the rings of Saturn! 

Enjoy a cappuccino, coffee, tea, or hot chocolate and snacks as you view the evening skies through the observatory telescope and other telescopes set up on the ridge above the pond. Or, if you like, bring your own telescope!

This evening is hosted by the Calgary Centre of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada and its members.

Parking: Please park in the staff parking lot at the south-end of the school and meet in front of the OE Buildings

All events will follow Alberta Health COVID-19 protocols including face masking, physical distancing, social gathering limits, and when applicable, the Restrictions Exemption Program (REP).
