Join Eau Claire Distillery for a Custom Virtual Mixology Class and Tasting featuring the Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School 50th Anniversary Gin.
The evening will be led by Lead Brand Ambassador, Jennifer McCaffrey, who has been with Eau Claire since they opened and is a wealth of knowledge and experience in making and tasting Eau Claire Spirits.
Your mixology class will include a 750ml bottle of Anniversary Gin and all the ingredients needed for three drinks:
Drink 1: Bramble (gin jam, lemon juice, simple syrup, original tonic, and a dehydrated lime) with custom gin
Drink 2: Mull it Over (mulled wine simple syrup, orange juice, orange bitters, original tonic, and a dehydrated orange)
Drink 3: Mojito (blueberry mint simple syrup, lime juice, original tonic, and a dehydrated lime)
The Anniversary Gin will be available for sale at Eau Claire Distillery, Willow Park Wines, and Kensington Wine market.
